I have several long term, ongoing projects that I use as a basis for my personal work. My current work is mainly related to the theme, Water Abstractions. Iced or liquid, these abstract images show lots of motion, random colors/patterns and the fleeting moments of time. Another theme, Unusual Juxtapositions balances incongruities. Beauty in the Everyday tries to show commonplace subjects, treated in a fun, creative way that proves that there are interesting gems everywhere and open for all to find. Lastly, I have been pairing images, mainly from the archives but not exclusively, that compare/contrast similar or opposing subjects. Over time, I’ve worked in b/w and color, film and digital but now all the work is presented as inkjet prints in a wide range of sizes.
